After a first contact with the recruiter two online coding tests and an interview with project manager was fixed. The tests was quite difficult for a junior developer, i suggest to study and be prepared about all the basics programming skills of a language. The interview with project manager was really great. After a brief presentation of myself and some questions about my ambitions and skills they presented the working position really well Then a technical interview was fixed. The interview was a trial before the real technical interview for the working position. They also provided a detailed evaluation of the interview about technical skills, problems solving abilities and attitudes. Then a brief interview was fixed to prepare me for the final technical interview with clients. Finally i sustained the technical interview with clients. It was really detailed about my career, my projects and my programming skills. I suggest to prepare really well a quick presentation about yourself and study for the technical part.

Prima sono stato contattato telefonicamente da un recruiter che ha trovato il mio profilo online. Dopo un paio di chiamate con HR, abbiamo programmato il colloquio tecnico. Ci sono volute un paio di settimane in tutto. Tre giorni dopo l'ultima interview, ho ricevuto l'offerta.

Fornire una propria presentazione circa la propria formazione e interessi. Presentazione dei progetti ed eventuali collaborazioni incorso con altre aziende. Disponibilità ad eventuale trasferimento in diverse delle loro sedi. Successivo test a crocette con domande tecniche di programmazione.

The interviewer introduced herself and then asked me to do the same . We talked about possible positions based on my skills, she informed me about the salary and some utilities they will offer me.

I had an interview with the HR manager. She was very polite and pleasant to talk to. There were general questions about work experience, knowledge and career progression. I have only positive impressions about the company.

Phone-call interview with HR. Information for the position were given and general and specific questions about the position were asked. Salary was suggested but was generic but that was only the first phase of the interview. The interviewer said the the salary would be more detailed in the next phase.

First round only, informative, they asked me to describe my experience so far and why I want to join this company as a software developer. The interview was held online and it was very relaxed in general.
