Multiple interviews of the same thing with false promises on the next stage of the recruitment process telling you that you will be contacted about the next stage only to never hear from them

We performed an online first interview. It started with a comprehensive introduction of the company. Interviewer was extremely polite and comforting. It was my first interview and I even enjoyed it.

Interview with HR specialist: evaluation of the training route pursued, any previous professional experience and motivation of the candidature, including aptitude testing. Average interview with no offer at the end.

The interview process consisted of about 4 interviews including, an initial telephone conversation with the recruitment officer, a video interview with 3 business managers, an interview with the client cluster leader, and an interview with the client. The interviews in general covered technical and non-technical questions.

HR interview. Questions where focused on previous studies and who you are as a person (e.g. hobbies). A more detailed explanation of the position and opportunities at the company where given by the interviewer.

4 stages. 1st booked a skype interview. 2nd skype interview going through CV. 3rd face 2 face interview going thorugh CV and projects you will be working on. 4th senior manager who will present you with contract.

Approached via socialmedia. Very good atmosphere and comunnication. Dissapointing salary on the offer. The company is probably aiming for graduates or engineers looking to change their location/industry with salary not being the most important factor. Overall good experience.

I have been contacted by a recruiter who planned an interview with the business manager. The first interview was in general to evaluate the technical skills and experience. Being positive the first I moved to second interview which is about motivation.
