ho sostenuto 3 diversi colloqui, 1 conoscitivo, 1 relativo alle mie esperienze e aspettative e un terzo tecnico. Il colloquio tecnico è durato circa 90 min, domande tecniche senza sosta tipo esame universitario, pur avendo risposto al 90% delle domande ho ricevuto una mail, dopo 45 gg, in cui mi si diceva che il mio profilo è interessante ma non collima con le loro posizioni vacanti in questo momento.

Technical1 round, followed by managerial/Technical2 round. Then HR discussion. Once T1,T2 ceared,HR will ask for document details to share for further proceedings. HR will never say that your selected via email confirmation.HR collect documents,make to wait for 2,3 weeks saying approver is on leave, its stuck somewhere etc for continues follow up. Then never responds. They just collect documents and never give offer letter. Important: Don't share documents details unless HR send selection confirmation via email. They say it over phone call we are proceeding/selected with your profile.

2 rounds of interview with 1 technical round mostly AUTOSAR / Automotive based interview 2nd HR round It will be mostly on basics of Can and AUTOSAR and my experience related to this topics Basics of C programming language was also discussed here with few basic programs like set bit toggle bit, macros

1. Recruiter call, they talk about motivation, project preferences and so on. You'll be presented with a few customers they could sell you to. 2. Interview with a customer. I've been interviewed for PZU and they wanted me for rather senior position. Talk was about project management, team debugging and software architecture.

First contact: general questions about professional experience, preferences and some technical questions. How did I help the business with my work and if I worked for big projects or with small projects.

Very unprofessional software developer consultancy company. They don't have any intention of promoting their company to possible new colleagues. It was almost like they hate being there. They didn't even introduce themselves or introduce the company. I have been directly asked about my notice period, my salary expectation and some disconnected unrelated questions at this level of the interview. Pretty weird! They didn't give me any chance to ask questions to them. I had to make my way to ask about what they do, how do they collaborate with their customer companies in the end -- almost by forcing my question's way in. The interview was completely empty.

Inizialmente sono stato contattato da un Business Manager, con il quale ho fatto un colloquio conoscitivo. Dopo ho affrontato un colloquio tecnico. Quest'ultimo colloquio è stato molto serio, con domande tecniche a 360 gradi, mirate a valutare davvero la preparazione.

Colloquio conoscitivo e tecnico. Ne ho fatti diversi, nei i primi colloqui ho ricevuto offerte di incremento economico di 1/2K che ovviamente non ho accettato.. negli ultimi contatti con loro appena mi chiedono la RAL poi non mi contattano più visto che in questi anni fortunatamente si è alzata. Pretendono che un dipendente cambi azienda con increment inferiori al 10%. Adesso appena sento Alten rispondo che non sono interressato così evitiamo perdite di tempo.
