Started off as group stage, very simple questions based on team-work. Followed by a 1-on-1 interview with one of the department managers. Easy enough and very informal (more of a chat about experience and expectations), although may have been down to the friendly manager!

Easy group interview and one short in person Interview. Easy questions. Good experience overall. I enjoyed the experience. group interview was to plan the Christmas party in groups. In person interview lasted 15 minuets

Play games based on shopping experiences and to see if you are a leader or follower. Put into teams and have to invent a product and advertise it through working together.
Group interview with sales task then a one on one interview with a section leader. Then had a walk around the store to show different sections. Very long process but not too difficult
