Had to take written logical test and English test. All questions were multiple choice.
Then had an interview with the supervisor. Mostly supervisor gave you opportunity to ask questions concerning the position. Might also test you on your English level.
After that, had an interview with HR staff. HR will also require you to answer some questions in English.

Ask about previous job experience. Lots of follow up questions concerning your experience such as “What did you do?” “How often did you have to do this?”
