    My interview was over twenty years ago and was done over the phone. Since I had prior customer service experience in a high volume call center and the company was staffing up, it went pretty quick and was easy.

    They use a 5 question interview process. You interview with the hiring manager first, and then the store manager. The question were the basic interview questions. It wasn't a very difficult interview.

    It was about an hour long with basic personality questions and then I was hired the next day. I think the referral policy makes anyone who gets the bonus really try to get your hired and it works.

    Applied online and took the initial coding skills test. Passes it. Waited forever (about a month) and sent a couple emails till finally I a phone interview. Takes another month, after being it would be a week, that I would be moving forward. Holidays come around so don't expect anything. January 4th contacted by Dallas instead of St. Louis. Get paperwork fixed. Wait to weeks, hear nothing. Email POC don't hear anything. Email POC's manager, finally get a response, she will check on what's going on. Wait another two weeks, get a canned position has been filled. How? You haven't setup and conducted my interview.
    Need to reevaluate how you conduct Associate Application Developers hiring process.

    It was a big waste of time. I applied online, passed their long he’ll assessment and then got an email asking to do this strange video interview. So I did and used almost a hour to make it as perfect as possible. Then got an so far so good email saying I was still in the run. Then one day later randomly I got an no thank you email saying I wasn’t a match for this position. What a big waste of time. I’ve seen other reviews saying someone with 10 years of retail experience was even rejected. Don’t ever waste your time applying to this position. After all you’re working hellish hours just for a stupid phone sales job

    I had applied through an employee and got call from directly from the director of the team. Had 3 rounds in total, the first round was in person with the director, mostly he asked about my background and projects and told me what his team does. Very casual and non technical. The next round was with my manager and an architect on the team. It was mostly on my resume asking about my past projects and internships. There was a long gap after that(almost 2 months) where I had given hope. Suddenly the architect emails me to schedule another round which I felt was weird because I remember asking on the previous round if there would be one round and they said no. This was more technical with SQL questions, it was not hard but difficult to answer since there it was all hypothetical

    This occurred about 4 months ago, and I am bringing this up now since I was recently given an offhanded automated email that I had been declined from the college graduate program months after I had spoken to the recruiter. I was first contacted by a recruiter who scheduled a phone interview with me the following week. She asked simple scenario-based questions then asked me to complete a coding challenge. She told me after completing the preliminary challenge she would be in contact with me within the next two weeks to schedule my first interview with a Hiring manager. She even gave me articles to read about the company so I would be prepared, In short, even though we had been in contact for 2-3 weeks, I find it off-putting that 1. she never followed up with me regarding the next steps or rejection in a timely manner, and 2. my rejection was in the form of an automated email 4 months after the fact. Please be more cordial to your candidates.
