The start of the interview went well, as both parties explained where they are from, their previous educations and future goals. However, this was a general interview, as the interview progressed it became more clear that this recruiter was searching for a work floor-manager. I expected a research and development position. Both parties agreed that there was a misunderstanding about what the interview was about and which students Abbot expected from TU Delft.
