The best recruitment process I've ever experienced! ✨ I applied through LinkedIn and received a response within the week. The first round was a nice & casual phone call with Talent Acquisition, who asked some questions and informed me on what to expect in the interview process. The second round was a Zoom call with the Hiring Manager & Solutions Engineer. A pleasant conversation with behavioural-based questions (using STAR method) related to the role and my experience. I got to ask a lot of questions and they were more than happy to answer. The third and final round was a Zoom call with the VP of the department & Hiring Manager. In this round, I was to prepare a short 5-10 minute Demo on a software of my choosing. While I was certainly nervous to present my demo, the interview panel made it easy as they were warm and welcoming. Talent Acquisition kept me informed throughout the whole process took about ~ 3 weeks. And lastly, the entire process was efficient, and everyone I spoke to was very friendly. :)
