Final interview with a second director having already been interviewed by one at stage 2. A good chat but I wasn't prepared for some of the technical questions I was asked, I had prepared myself for more functional/commercial questions. Oh well :/

Interview with recruiter and then hour long technical interview with functional expert. Recruiter was not knowledgeable about the position and said the role wasn't responsible for configuration, when really it was.

Situation, approach and result/outcome. They asked you to describe different situations with examples of past experiences. Sometimes they go dipper in your answer specially if they are looking for certain skills. They also give you example of situation to understand how would you approach them
