I had two phone interviews and a final office interview. The interviews were mostly based on the interviewer asking behavioral questions. Come prepared with lots of queastions because the in-office interviews are about 45 minutes with each interviewer. I prepared by reviewing the comapny website and focusing on their core values and mission statement. The interviewers are all very nice and made me feel comfortable and at ease when having to answer questions.
