The process took an unusually long time, but the company apologized repeatedly about it. There was an initial phone screen, a networking event, a one-on-one interview, and a top grade which was an intensive look into everything since ninth grade. Everything and everyone along the process was very nice and made the expectations clear. It was a pleasant experience, albeit a long one.
