I submitted my application online and was then sent a series of questions to my e-mail. I answered the 3 questions and then got a call 30 minutes later to meet with a manager. When I got to the meeting it was very strange. It was kind of rude but that could have been the "laid back" attitude this company is going for. I was asked to fill out a sheet that wanted to know about my likes and dislikes and an emergency contact which I thought odd for an interview. I was then taken back and not asked about my Resume but about the sheet I filled out. It was more of a conversation which I appreciated but I could tell the person interviewing wasn't giving me a fair chance. Everything I said they came back with a really rude retort. Even if you don't vibe with someone you are interviewing there is no need to be rude. If this is their interview style then I hope they see this and decide on a new one because nobody would want to work with someone who does that. When talking about the day-to-day they mentioned "you will watch someone in management and then eventually you will build your own team and that is where you start getting your return." That set the red flag off in that it seemed very strange/pyramid scheme to me.

They make sure you are aware of everything going on and have a clear line of communication open. They are extremely polite and genuinely excited for you to succeed. Because of COVID, you can see everyone working together to figure out the best way to work safely.
