I had a hr screening then 1 interview with the hiring manager. I could tell during the interview, the hiring manager was not interested in getting to know me more. He kept grilling me on my private bank experience and barely asked about my sales experience. I felt like I was already written off as soon as the interview started because of factors out of my control. The lack of diversity in gender and race is also apparent with this company.
