This wasn't a traditional interview, since I had been under the employ of the company for many years, and was simply advancing my career. The interview was semi-formal, where I had to give reasons why I was the best candidate (over other unnamed candidates) [mention your desire for customer service, and how your current department doesn't allow you the amount of customer interaction you'd like. He ate it up.].

Online application , phone interview and then in person interview. The online application is very simple. You will have to call and check the status of the application. The next step is a phone interview with either the store manager or assistant manager.
Standard, about what you would expect. Interviewer was professional and friendly. Asked questions but not too many seemed to really be interested in my responses. It was a painless process.
pretty easy overall id say just do your own research and youll be fine. I talked to the manager and some other people on the phone and had to fill out paper work.
