Applied on a Wednesday, had a phone interview setup within 2 days. Phone interview went well, basic questions like, "Tell me why you think you'd be a good fit in this job." and "What keeps you motivated at work?" followed by an online test and a financial background check. I must have passed both, because a few days later I had an in-person interview set up with a Branch Manager a few days later. Overall, everyone I spoke to was professional and pleasant, even after they told me they'd be going with someone else.

The interview process was good overall. However, I read between the social interactive lines and sensed superficiality and not enough transparency. They did iterate that they like to emphasize hiring internally and I kept that in the back of my mind as a mental note. After a week, I received a call stating that they had filled the position and would keep my application on file. A complete waste of my time along with the additional four years that I have attempted applying to the company. I would very much rather they remove and completely eradicate my application.
