Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Allstate en sept. 2010
Entretien
It began by speaking with a representative at my university career fair. Then, I got the opportunity to interview on campus for a 1:1 interview. They asked basic behavioral-type questions. Then, I got the offer to interview on-site. There, I had two 1:1 interviews. The first was with a hiring manager and consisted of more behaviorial-type questions. The second was an application developer. He asked many technical questions and was very kind if you did not know an answer. That was it. Pretty easy interview.
A bunch of basic data structure questions (Linked lists, searching, trees, etc...) If you are at all competent at CS, this should not be a problem at all.
Interview process is simple they ask simple question from microservices architecuter, spring boot, java 8, and few question from db side.
explain the cap theorem from db side

The interview was very smooth, it was behavioral questions and I had to use the STAR method to answer them. It was not overwhelming, it only lasted about 30-40 mins, about 4 questions, the person that interviewed me seemed calm, patient, and showed me that she loves where works!
