Poor company culture clearly reflected in the interview process and the company's attitude towards candidates. I spoke to both their EU and US PMs across 3 calls in total, showing great flexibility (in scheduling meetings at 10:30pm local time as well as during public holidays) and motivation (I did some work without being asked to and they seemed to have liked it). In return, I unfortunately went through a very sporadic, ill-defined and unprofessional interview process. The interviews had no structure and no objectives were set - they seemed to come up with questions on the fly (up until the last call where the more junior PM wanted to show they came prepared to their manager). They also attempted to grill me on technical questions despite me having explicitly stated both on my CV and during the interviews that I haven't acquired that experience yet. The worst part was their attitude - on the last call with 2 interviewers, I could clearly see both of them chatting to each other and smiling in turns as I was answering their questions. It threw me off and was borderline unprofessional. After I was rejected, I kept asking HR to gather some feedback so I could improve - only to be ghosted thereafter. A symptom of their culture rather than a problem with the particular individuals interviewing me - read the company reviews if you don't believe me!
