Questions d'entretien chez Altran

Only HR questions, basically about my academic path, the area that I would like to work and English level with a simple conversation. Didn't have technical interview. In general very simple!

Short process and easy to improve your self. you will be asked about your motivation to join Altran. You will be asked about your salary range & your position in 5-10 years.

Un seul entretien avec le manager du service. Questions generique sur mes etudes et sur le pourquoi je voulais faire le stage chez Altran. Après 11 jours reçu une réponse positive.

Normal, foi uma conversa informal sobre os gostos e ambições. Falou-se também de pretensões salariais. Existiu também uma parte da conversa em Inglês para demonstrar o nível indicado no curriculo.

Attended the interview through telephonic and for one client. It is on RRC layer in LTE domain. It is a 2 round process , first one is technical and second one is HR. Technical round is on my previous experience and RRC layer. Overall interview process is fine.

Process had HR and technical round. In technical they see more about the approach and interest in learning the skills . Friendly Managers and HR, Make you feel confident and comfortanle for the interview

Associate software engineer position : First round was an online exam, it had many topics. Second round was technical round in which the interviewer asked me many questions covering my final year project, oops concepts, java, python, logics for programs like Fibonacci séries and factorial etc.. 2 days later, next round was hr round, in which he asked me about my hobbies, strengths, weakness, consent towards relocation salary and everything.. I was confident and humble.. He told me be ready to join altran and gave me false hopes.. Then a week over and no response from their side, then i called the hr for a feedback and he told me to contact the operational team.. The operational team doesn't pick my calls or reply my messages.. Now almost à month over and they have literally ghosted me.. :( I don't even Knie why I am rejected.. Well if you don't want to select a person why do u give false hopes and then ghost them. Anyways it was a good lesson, to never believe anybody's words in the corporate world. Thank you.

Après avoir postulé en ligne : 1 premier entretien téléphonique avec la future manager puis 2 entretiens dans les locaux un mois plus tard : d'abord avec le manager puis avec la RH ( 2 entretiens indépendants)

I received the mail to attend the first round that is apti.I cleared the apti round and got selected for technical round.While cconducting the technical round there were some technical issues.They told me that they will contact me later but they didnt.

Question typiquement RH basé sur « quels sont vos qualités et vos défauts ». Considérer comme un junior même si vous avez plusieurs années d’XP. Les questions ne sont pas forcément en adéquations avec le poste auquel vous postulez
