10 min phone screen by HR to determine salary range, qualifications and ability to travel 40%. Second interview with HR is 1 hr video conference consisting of detailed review of your resume. Third video conference interview is with hiring manager, VP of sales for 45-60min and starts off with you providing a 3-5 min sales product pitch of your choice. If you make it to the forth stage, it is another video conference where you pencil sketch an exhibit booth and take a math oriented test.
