I, on the other hand, refused to take the job. To ensure that you receive a spot, I recommend that you apply as soon as possible. They are nice people, but they expect a lot from new candidates. I will continue to prepare for each interview.

3 rounds in a pretty long process : HR / peer interview then a very long last round with 5x1h interviews to be happening within max 3 business days
All performed following STAR answers model and Behavioural questions.
HR was very supportive along the process which is a good point

Tell me about a time you disagree with your manager and had to push your idea through ? Did it work ? Why did you not follow your manager direction ?
cold and over formulated recruter that did ask some inconsistent questions. The call was too structured and the answers were not heard which explains the lack of an interactive follow-up or the cuts in the middle of explanations
