This was a misleading three part interview process where the words "independent contractor" were never used. You are sold a pitch for an hour about how much you will make at various positions and how quickly you will get there, all without any bearing on your experience or capability. This company uses a MLM-like tiered management structure where getting promoted is mostly about the ability to recruit more saps to "work" for them. There is no salary, this is 100% commission as an independent contractor (1099). They set expectations for demanding your work schedule and mandatory meetings despite the contract indicating all of those things being completely voluntary.
The interview process is a sham as they have absolutely no risk or investment in offering you a position since you have to provide everything - pay for your own training, provide a laptop, your own car and gas, pay for your own state certification, and possibly go weeks before you are allowed to sell anything and have a chance to make money under your contract.

Watch a webinar, which is concise, straightforward and to the point. Then answer a survey and hope you are a good match for a call back. You do need to pay for your own licensing

A sales pitch to me about free cruises and bonuses. Seemed like a multilevel marketing scam. It was much more about them than me. And they seemed to be willing to take on anyone. All commission based so they don't care.
