The first round of interviews was on-campus. It was simple behavioral questions with a recruiter and didn't last more than 30 minutes. I found out within a week that I was moving on to the second round of interviews. The second and final round of interviews was at their office, and it was divided into two parts. The first for me was a "round table" discussion where applicants could ask questions about the LEAD program and position to employees. You didn't have to ask questions if you didn't want to though. The second half was two back-to-back interviews that again were primarily behavioral questions. They're just trying to assess who would fit into the company's culture so be familiar with the company and your resume
Interviewed on campus then on-site. Interview on-site included dinner the night before with the company partners and an all-day interview including team exercises and individual interviews. Also spent a lot of time discussing clients and the professional development program track and growth opportunities.

I applied through my university's website and had to apply online as well. Pretty straightforward interview. The interview was an Alumni from my university and was extremely chill to speak to.

Met with a few people and the interview wasn't that bad. Had a group dinner the night before and then two in person interviews the next day. The two people were nice and had worked for Aon for a long time so they knew about the company.
