Enjoyed the interview process - had an interview with 2 members of the real estate debt team, mostly behavioural questions. They said they ask all candidates the same stuff to level the playing field. Common questions e.g. why real estate debt, why Apollo and what makes you better than other candidates. Didn't get the offer, interview was okay.
