Easy, informal interview, not many questions. Interview focused mostly on past experiences in retail, how I thought I would be a suitable candidate for the role, before asking about my favourite hobbies e.t.c.
The Argos interview was structured and professional, with competency-based questions and a clear focus on customer service. The interviewer was friendly and calm, making the process feel fair, organised, supportive. Overall it was a standard retail interview about experience and availability
