I applied online and it too about 3 weeks for them to call me to schedule an interview. It was a very laid back interview and the manager was very friendly. Started with a one to one interview and then I was on sales floor interacting with customers
You had to do an online assessment with your application with some scenario questions and then questions that are personality tailored. Then offered a 1 to 1 interview supposed to last 30 minutes

Casual conversation talking about experiences, skills etc. What the role was about and responsibilities it carries. Asked my availability and flexibility. Make sure you have questions to ask the interviewer asking about key aspects of the role.
