I applied online. Received email for a telephone interview after 1 month. The telephone interview was conducted one week after the email. The interview lasts around 30 minutes. I got the result 3 weeks after the interview.

There are two parts of the interview. First part is related to some basic interview questions including how do you know about the company and how do you think about the value of the company. Second part is scenario questions. There are 3 scenario questions. For each question, there are 3-4 sub-question. All related to the situations you will face in the workplace.

Multi-stage interview. Final stage is an assessment centre that lasts about 3 hours, involving a case study interview (answering how you would approach a theoretical project) and a more typical interview
