I was contacted by an employee and asked to apply for the position of graduate geotechnical engineer. I subsequently applied online and was called for an interview. The interview consisted of two people and they did not seem aware that the other employee had previously contacted me. Following the interview I did not hear from them for approximately three months even though I had followed up with an email and phonecall. I was offered the position but politely declined.
