2 meetings, evaluating soft skills, all video calls, with four people. It was warm and nice, constructive talks. I was well informed with all the procedure, then a contract followsed.
On-site interview, had group interviews and individual technical tests. Debate on a topic while exchanging ideas specific to Arup. Not difficult but need to be prepared to be creative. They will reach out soon afterwards if you passed.

Entretien
Online assessment center for graduate scheme, there are two-part: Intervierw and case study. Interview have several behavioral questions following with two technical questions, take around 1.5 hours. Case-study take around 0.5 hours.
