Then networking and you can ask questions to the previous grads

Technology questions as a test form, a report was gave and candidates need to read and chose the right answer and there were 2or 3 open questions (very much mimic some exam in uni)

Multi-stage interview. Final stage is an assessment centre that lasts about 3 hours, involving a case study interview (answering how you would approach a theoretical project) and a more typical interview

It was a lot more casual than what I am used to. But this was certainly welcomed. Felt the hiring managers were genuinely interested in getting to know you and your ambitions
