Sono stato contattato da una società di Head Hunting che mi ha fatto un primo colloquio. Dopo circa un mese, mi hanno contattato per incontrare il mio futuro responsabile. Dopo il colloquio in presenza mi è stato chiesto di preparare un business case, partendo da un testo da loro fornito e senza svolgere un assessment (che di solito sono propedeutici). Alla fine, dopo più di un mese, ho ricevuto feedback negativo poiché non sono stati trovati elementi innovativi nella mia proposta (senza evidenziare la tipologia di elementi che ci si sarebbe aspettati). Un hiring process abbastanza confusionario e poco costruttivo per il candidato.

Hint: find out if your competition is an employee referral because they will most likely get the job and you will be wasting your time. They seem to hire mostly people employees already know which kills diversity. Typical interview process. However, they wanted me to go in to the office for the final interview. I would be missing several hours of work and I haven't had an in-person interview since 2019. They also needed me to do a presentation. Fortunately, at the last minute they decided I could interview from home. It was a panel interview and everyone was very nice. Some of the questions were challenging and I wasn't sure what they had to do with the job. They were those archaic BS behavioral questions. Overall it was an okay experience until I did not get the job. I lost out to an employee referral and I was told it was really close.
