      They will give you an interesting take home assignment that will take approx 3 days to complete. It usually consists of a proper feature development and may consist of external plugins like google sheets ,aws etc. It also expects you to give a rough schematic or system design for what you created. The extensibility of such assignments is unlimited. It went well and I had fun doing it and i solved it in 2 days. After submission HR said they will come back within 10-14 days for discussion . They never did. There was no communication. I guess they didn't even take a look at the project. There was no response even after pinging them.

      A feature where you have a form with questions and answers submitted by respondents (like google forms) and then based on every submitted form you are to build a plugin that does some post processing on the form like posting it to google sheets. All edge cases to be considered. Extensible and pluggable design is expected. Scale could be in millions

      1. Home assignment 2. Telephonic (Tech) - Discussion about the assignment with all pros and cons. 3. Telephonic (HR) - General HR questions to know you better. 4. F2F - F2F with one of the founders. They say "We craft roles around people". If this indeed is the case then it's far better to check if you can so-called "craft the role around the person" as the first step. If you're sure that you can "craft the role around candidate" then take the interview process forward in order to save time and energy. Overall very ineffective interview process. Note: Strict NO for introverts.

      Hey, Thanks for your feedback! I understand that you are disappointed. The interview process at SocialCops is long and different from any other hiring processes. But this is only because our process helps us know about the candidate as much as we can over a period of 30-45 days. Finding the right folks to join us has always been our utmost priority, and trust us here - it is extremely hard and more important than anything else! We do like to know people, and if we feel they will fit just right at SocialCops, we craft roles around them. This includes a lot of things, including the project you have picked personally, your area of expertise, your leadership roles, values and so much more - the list keeps growing as we get more and more clarity on the kind of people we want in our team. So isn't it fair to take time to understand, rather than make decisions in haste? P.S. We have a lot of folks on our team who are introverts! In fact, we recently administered the MBTI personality test on the team and 61% of our team members identify as introverts. :)
