4th Step: Onsite (2 Coding Interviews - 1 focused on design, 2nd on data structures, 1 Systems Design Interview, 1 Manager Behavioral Interview, and another Behavioral Interview aligning with Atlassian's Values)
An extensive process but it was a pleasure. The recruiters were so supportive along the way and I knew what I was getting into every step of the way. They will give you resources that describe the interview process you will be going into, what to expect, and also external resources to help you know the culture and company better. Everyone that works here truly seems so grateful and happy to be there and it was such an infectious energy that I so badly wanted to be included into! My advice to anyone looking to go through the process is to really take the behavioral sections seriously, they are looking first and foremost for people who uphold the company's values.

Why software engineering? Can you tell me about a time where you had to deal with conflict and how you handled it? Name a time you were in charge of technical design choices in a team.

Recruiter reached out to me then ghosted in the middle of trying to set up a meeting. Very disrespectful of my time. Just as well, how a company treats candidates is usually a good indicator of how they treat employees

Didnt get past OA, heard now has ai process. People are good but company is going downhill. Unfortunate for all good culture fits there s a lack of opportunity admist apex reviews to produce meaningful work.
Nice interviewer but i did not get an offer. good experience anyway i think.
I have heard good things about the company culture so i think it would be a good place to work
