I had a phone interview, and two in-person interviews. They all went very well. I appreciated everyone professionalism. They were thorough and personable. There was great open channels of communication through the whole process.

I had interview over Skype. First time i had online interview, that was nice. They took advantage of Covid to pay less/ negotiate during the Interview. Simple questions they asked which were relevant to the role

I'm not from the area and I had a phone interview with three of the Senior Electrical Engineers. They called on-time and were mostly enthusiastic during the interview. They didn't ask many questions, I was nervous they were going to dismiss me. I seemed to ask more questions about internships and their expectations. Based on their answers, I would include information on myself and how I hoped to exceed their expectations.

I submitted an application. This was followed by an invitation for an interview. The interview was competency based and inculded a tour of the site and some current projects. The interview was carried out in a timely manner.

Two rounds of interviews. Both interviews were with the same three people.The first session was at the corporate office. The second round was at a restaurant for lunch.

Sat down with their recruiter and a newer employee. The feeling was relaxed and not stuffy. We had conversation about things other than just the position open or job field.

Contacted by recruiting firm and interview was scheduled after 3 weeks. Even then, no respect for time. Interview manager basically talked about him self 90% of time. You can say he was full of him self.
