I went to their job fair and I had an on the spot interview. I was called in the next day for a second interview. A third interview a week later where I was also told I was hired depending upon the results of my testing. I was required to take and aptitude test and then sent for a drug test. I started working about two weeks after the drug test was returned. If they do not have at least five people for an orientation class they will not conduct the orientation. So if you are the only person hired at a job fair or otherwise don't count on starting any time soon.
