I had interviews for the position of Data Science Senior Consultant in Milan. First a brief phone call. The first offical step was then a call with the HR - talent acquisition, with different questions about myself, the projects I've worked on, situations where I faced challenges, and finally, a question in English. The second step was an in-person interview, requiring me to take a leave from work: an interview with the head of the department, which was entirely similar to the previous step although it was supposed to be technical according to HR. Subsequently, I was contacted by HR for feedback. Finally, she told me that within a couple of days, maximum one week, she would get back to me to schedule the last technical interview. Since then, more than 3 weeks have passed, they haven't reached out anymore. Very unprofessional !!
