The process isn't horrible or long like most others I've encountered. After submitting your application and passing the questionnaire you will do an over the phone interview basically going over your availability and all of that. Once they verify you're what they need and can work with the schedule they need you will get a face to face interview with the manager over that department. The interview is basic questions like what would you do if... and all of that. If that manager likes you, you will go for your third interview with the GM.
