J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Bitrise en août 2020
Entretien
- Initial call with hiring manager to discuss details and the proces
- Call with EM about past experiences and some technical questions
- Call with engineers discussing a lot of topics (some of them in depth, but mostly touching on the surface) and one real-time (easy) hackerrank puzzle.
- Call with hiring team about cultural fit, mostly discussing past experiences (scenarios and how you acted in them), what you like, what are your strengths, etc.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Describe SOLID principles to a non-engineer, then describe some of those in more detail
Testing principles, software architecture basics (how to apply SOLID, SoA, layers, etc)
Hackerrank real-time puzzle. It sounds scary, but it wasn't really. What matters is to think loudly and describe pros/cons
Initial screening which was followed by a take away home assignment. This was followed up by a technical interview and a management interview which focused more on the behavioral, social and team aspects. Unfortunately while I was supposed to be waiting for an offer I got ghosted for quite some time before they came back with a final meeting to announce the role had been filled.

Question 1
Technical design questions regarding the design and architecture of services and technological stack solutions using various databases and communicating services and middleware.
