J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Block (Toronto, ON)
Entretien
There was a phone screen interview with a recruiter, and then a coderpad interview with a technical resource (also by phone). During the phone screen, the recruiter attempted to provide guidance for the technical interview, but ended up being misleading and unhelpful. The coderpad interview had the look and feel of a programming contest instead of a pair programming session. The interviewer was tense, impatient, misleading and curt on the phone. After several days, the recruiter called back with feedback from the technical interviewer and an attempt to provide a somewhat nice rejection.

The whole process took 3 months!
The interviewers are usually really nice and want you to do your best.
The interviewer was nice, and he is friendly and willing to give hint, the question has 2 follow-ups, it was hard to complete in time. The question was not a typical LeetCode
