i applied online then was contacted within a few days by a recruiter. My background appeared to match what BAH was currently staffing for. After a screening interview, they invited me to a recruiting event at a local venue which I can only describe as something similar to speed dating. I met with several hiring managers for less than 10 minutes each. Several days later, I received a verbal offer from teh recruiter from a hring manager whom I had never met for a position for which I had never interviewed.

Heard back from the recruiter for a phone screen with them, followed by a panel interview with the hiring team, and then offer was made by the recruiter. While considering the offer I met with proposed "mentor"
