The interviewer was knowledgeable and asked relevant questions that allowed me to showcase skills and experience. The company culture and values were also clearly communicated, and appreciated the emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction

What steps would you take to identify and resolve a quality issue in a product or process, and how would you measure the effectiveness of your solution?
The overall experience was good. The interviewer was friendly and calm. The questions was based on the announce. I was invited to the interview based on scores obtain in a previous test.

El primer paso es postularte, luego recibir mensajes de los reclutadores, y por ultimo hacer una entrevista, luego otra etc, con los distintos departamentos de la empresa, peor el primero es con recursos humanos
The second round is Initial Interview through phone with HR, then you must answer the question HR given to you. Third round is interview with Line manager, face to face, so have some difficult and concern.
