HR phone screen first, then hiring in-person manager interview, followed by in-person peer interviews.
The process is pretty intense, and all in-person interviews happen in one day. Maybe it's because the position needed to be filled immediately.

I was contacted for a 30 min phone screen interview. They gave an overview of the role and discussed logistics (pay, location, availability for potential start date). The recruiter was upbeat and the process left a positive impression
