It was a sheer wastage of time and effort. I was being interview for the position of Senior Front End Engineer by a Machine Learning Engineer (with a very unprofessional attitude). I do not think that makes any sense. When a candidate applies for a position, the least that is expected from a company is to match the right employees for the interviews. I guess even the bare minimum is a lot to expect from Box.

All day, several mini rounds. A pretty easy 2 hour coding exercise. They provided lunch and a swag bag. Some parts were a bit odd; I thought the react whiteboard coding portion was badly constructed, as it has focusing on exactly the wrong thing at each stage.
