    I had an extensive interview experience with the manager that I was going to report to as well as the team that I would end up managing. I had several phone interviews and in person interviews with the team and my manager and was then asked to meet the CEO since it was a director level position. I was very impressed with the team and the CEO and his passion for the company and for finding good people to be a part of the culture of the company. The final phase was a lunch with the team that I would be managing and it was a great way to get to know a little about each individual and understand the team dynamic.

    The interview was with management team. Management asked very standard and straight to the point questions. The interview took place at the office and lasted around thirty minutes. A designer test was given in the office.

    Very detailed process with probing questions and thought provoking requirements. They required a professional experienced individual with several years of expertise. The team was very interested in me as a person and long term team provider. The process was painless and very uplifting and I am excited about this company for the long term.

    The interview round was pretty easy. they just asked for normal questions related to previous experience. But the selection process was very random. Could not understand on what basis these people were hiring.

    1)Technical aptitude
    30 question in 30 minutes.
    6 logical, 6 java,6 c, 6 html,6 database = 30
    plus 2 for each correct answer -1 for wrong answer.
    2)Technical + HR
    All basic technical question, some program, real life trends in technology, different framework that you know.
    3) Final HR
    Basic question like tell me something about yourself, you interest, your willingness to work etc.
    All question were easy nothing came as surprise.

    their were 3 rounds .first was mcqs mixed with IT plus logic questions. so 4 sections java which had basics of java and c again basics of c an then logic questions which had age relationship questions and fourth was about queries in sql that is database related. again basics of database would .further for the second round it had whole techincal questions about java ,html . and third was hr round which had normal questions about oneselves.
