The interview process did take a bit of time. You have to interview with several people before they make a decision. I liked the fact that they make sure it's a good fit for you as well as them.

Simple interview process, gave presentation over what I wanted to discuss and then had a discussion on how my experiences could benefit both me and the company. Went out to lunch after and had a small discussion over what I could expect after starting and in my first few years

asked few questions very basic such as availability, when can you start, and dependable transportation. Interviewed by one of the managers. Was offered a drink while waiting. Had to wait past interview time on the manager.

First began with an application process. Afterward, I was invited to a virtual interview with HR. Then after that round, another virtual interview with the specific department. From there they ask more specific questions and get to know you.

Very lengthy and cumbersome! One important thing to mention here is that this company utilizes one of the society's biggests fears to get you in, then make you work to death. That is called "Retirement". The whole promise is that you become owner of the company as it is employee owned, and they give you stock. You are a bit richer when you leave the company or retire. Sounds amazing, right? But then there is so much pressure to charge clients 40 hours! You print a piece of paper and you have to charge the client, lol :) They ask you to fly despite Covid. They work you to death so that you will miss on your life but retire comfortably! Who guarantees you will see your retirement??? If you are only living your life to retire comfortably and don't care about your limited days, then this company is for you! A smart person would see the trick they play and find a more "humane" company!

The first round was a series of questions where your response was to be recorded via webcam. This came pretty quickly after my application and was reviewed rather quickly as well. The next step is to do a Teams call, though they asked me to call in via a toll-free number rather than video. The final step would be an in-person interview but I'm not to that point yet.

A recruiter invited me to complete a pre-recorded video interview after reviewing my resume and application 1 month after I applied. I had to read the questions and record my answer shortly after. It was difficult to answer the questions without talking to a real person but I got through it. The recruiter wanted me to complete the interview by the end of the week that it was sent to me and it took her 2 weeks to review and send my information to hiring managers. 1 week later, I was told that my application status changed and that they are "unable to move forward in the interview process". My guess is that this means they chose other candidates but I really don't appreciate the vagueness.

First step was a pre-recorded video interview they had me do, then was contacted for a live video interview a few weeks after. They required me to put together a PowerPoint presentation on my experiences, education, and goals and present it to the interviewers, which was kind of odd but putting it together helped me to prep for the interview. Overall a good experience, if you make a solid PowerPoint you can show the team that you're a great candidate. The interviewers asked me a couple of technical questions too about the infrastructure that I would be designing if I joined their team - my best advice is to try to think about it slowly and step by step to get through these questions. Seems like a great team and a lively group of individuals with a lot of knowledge to share and eagerness to train younger staff. They talked about a mentoring program that they have where you're paired with someone a level above you. They don't give you a full salary with each pay check - you get partial salary (90ish %) and then a large end of year (7-15%) bonus makes up for the rest of your compensation. I'm seeing more and more companies do this in recent years because it is less risky for them if they end up in financial trouble. Seemed like a great opportunity with great people, but I ended up taking a different offer that worked better for me.
