The interview happened in 4 stages: 1. a short interview with HR 2. task: designing learning materials, 90 mins (write a dialog using given words, give feedback on an existing lesson, write some grammar exercises) 3. feedback session on the prepared materials 4. culture fit - this was really weird, and felt out of context - suddenly two people joined the conv and were asking typical interview questions (so far the process was quite relaxed), I was taken aback by it

The first stage interview with the HR representative, the signal over zoom was so bad they sounded like a robot and I couldn’t have a proper conversation. Didn’t go any further in process.

Bit of a one sided process. You do 4 interviews and get a one line rejection response in return. Fortunately, the process was pretty slow, so I had already started a job I had applied for between rounds 3 and 4. Some advice for candidates. If you are told you are having an interview on your technical skills, it is actually an in-person technical test. So make sure to brush up on relevant languages, especially if you're at a 'head of' level where other responsibilities mean you don't do it every day.

The employer made me feel very comfortable. They asked standard interview questions, and I didn't feel like they were trying to put me on the spot or offer trick questions. It was short and sweet, and overall I had a good experience.

At first, the interviewer presented the company's mechanics in detail, gave a description of the role and the processes, and proceeded with questions. Overall, the interview gave a positive impression and was not at all stressful and not too formal. It lasted approximately 20 minutes and I was informed about the opportunity to proceed to the next stage right after I answered the questions about myself.

The interview process smooth. They let us know in a timely deadline if we were moving to the next stage. CEO was really nice and comforting. In the end they provided a free trial with their app at the end of it.

Overall positive experience and a really nice team. I felt valued all the way through the process. It's long, due to amount of interviews and the requirements of the project, but I'd say it's to be expected for the role I was applying for. In my case, I completed all steps of the application process but was not offered the role.

The interview process was very smooth and fast. He replied within a few days of sending the application and the interview with the manager and HR were all scheduled within a few days

It was a short videocall interview after passing the screening and before the next one with a larger team. It took around 30 minutes and was expected to be a casual talk, however, quite challenging questions were asked as well that were specific to the job.

Convoluted, lengthy, and confusing. Contradicting information given by various interviewers. 1st interview: culture fit was 15 minutes. 2nd interview with future line manager 25 (both were rushed, no time given for questions). the following 3 interviews were an hour long each, and the interviewers just made the questions up as they went along. I met 5 people and got different pieces of information on location, remuneration and work hours. Even after I received an offer, these points were bot clarified and HR gave me too choices: start working there and be "flexible" or decline. I declined, naturally.
