After phone screen with HR, had a 1 hour video interview with the hiring manager. She Asked about 20 queations all technical and behavioral in nature. I thought I did well. Next business day, I get a call from HR telling me that they won't be moving forward, but they could not tell me why or give any feedback. Worst experience. Note to CDW/HR: if someone takes the time to prepare and interview, the least you can do is give candid feedback and explain a little why. Its what alot of companies do now. No need to keep secrets. Speaks volume of the company and that this is probably not a good place to work.
