    I received an email from HR of CES and asked for my technical skills later scheduled a telephonic Interview. process took around 10 days to complete. I was done with 2 rounds of interview, client was happy with my profile and thay had two options and selected other candidate. Kept my profile on hold for another client.

    I went to Chennai Navalur office for interview . After asking about my experience HR guy told me to take written programming test. I completed the test and HR lady (I do not know her name cause she did not introduce herself) told me to wait in reception and I was waiting in the reception for almost one hour. None of their team member came to me for updating the status of my test. I got frustrated and asked the security guy in reception to update my test status. He went inside and asked about my status and a lady came out and told that I was not selected and she told me to leave. She determined that I do not have any technical skills without conducting any technical interview and told me to leave.

       They wasted my two hour time for telling that I got rejected that too only after asking through security in reception. They did not give me Visual Studio IDE and told me to write code in perfect way using pen and paper within 10 minutes. It is highly impossible to write exact code using pen and paper without IDE. I think the technical guy was too busy and he did not even read my code and rejected me.

      I gave logic and code for two problems asked in interview but I do not know whether the interviewer read my logic.
    You should always hire people based on potential and what they can figure out, not what they know. Cause with Google.com, combined with human intelligence, talented guys can almost solve any problem.

    The interview process was really smooth. Everything was well organized and all the HR made sure that all candidates are comfortable. It happened in my college. Many people from the company had come. There were two rounds...first technical and then and HR round. During the technical round, I was asked questions mainly from the projects I had made and mentioned in my resume. HR interview was more of a personality check and it was fun as the people from HR were really nice and they made sure that I am ok.
