They call you for a phone interview. If you make it to the next step, you are called in for an interview with multiple people in a row. It takes a couple of hours. Some of them may be in groups but some are individual.
There were Several interviews in person with different people over the course of 2 months. Situation based questions were asked by each interviewer, some of them were the same. Final interview included presentation.
