Psychometric tests, couple of interviews with various people around the business and a task to complete as part of the final interview. I was asked a range of question about my experience and what I would do in certain scenarios.

Describe a time when I've needed to provide challenging feedback.
Two interviews down to final two candidates and didn’t get any correspondence back to say I hadn’t gotten it. The interview went well the staff were lovely just disappointing not to get correspondence in final two.
