Recruiter called first. Phone screen followed by in person. Nice people. Very to the point technical questions. Not super challenging. Explained position well. Whole process was in very relaxed atmosphere. Then back to internal HR recruiter. The only thing is "guaranteed" bonus was not really guaranteed. But we all know that right?

There were in total 6 rounds:
1. Telefonic - Technical - Unix/Linux, shell , Java troubleshooting, Web Application - 30 mins
2. F2F 1 - Technical - Unix/Linux, shell, Java troubleshooting, Web Application, C troubleshooting, SQL, Change Management - 40 mins
3. F2F 2 - Techno-Managerial - Basic commands and expectation - 20 mins
4. F2F 3 - Techno-Managerial - Basic commands, shell scripting and managerial - 30 mins
5. F2F 4 - Managerial - Meeting with Country Head. - 35 mins
6. HR round - Negotiation and Company Overview. - 20 mins
The entire process was smooth and well organized and completed in half a day.
